The Black Eagle Retreat is set in the stunning Elands Valley. We are surrounded by 140 hectares of beauty. Mountains, lakes and wildlife are in abundance including a variety of buck, monkeys, bush pig and over 100 species of birds including eagles which nest here.
Guests are free to walk the land.
We have four very comfortable chalets all overlooking a beautiful dam well stocked with Black Bass and Kurper.
The chalets are fully equipped with self catering facilities and have their own bathrooms. Each chalet has a veranda to enjoy the breathtaking views. We also provide a barbecue and a supply of wood.
We also supply all the linen.
On site we have the Eagle"s Nest pub & Restaurant serving delicious home cooked meals all day and ice cold drinks.
We also offer DSTV on a 2m by 2m screen and internet access. We also have a newly improved garden area with barbecue facilities and 3 different lapas.
