Pine Cottage started life many years ago as just that - a charming cottage which has grown and expanded over the years to now incorporate 5 comfortable en-suite guest rooms, two loft rooms within the main house, one double and one twin, two garden rooms, one family (three adults or parents and two children) and one twin (which converts to King size bed on request). We also have a lightweight self catering wheelchair accessible unit comprising open plan bedroomlivingroom. All rooms have televisions, complimentary teacoffee trays, heaters and electric blankets for chilly Cape winters. In summer swim in our solar heated pool and make use of the braai barbecue facilities. Restaurant reservations, Shuttle service, picnic baskets, laundry and fax services available on request. Cooked or continental breakfast served in the breakfast room, or, weather permitting, in the garden. Secure off street parking available.
We are 5 minutes drive from Mutual Park, and Howard Shopping Centre, where you will find a wide range of shops and restaurants for your needs. Rondebosch and Mowbray golf courses are 2 km away from here, as are Vincent Pallotti and Red Cross Children"s Hospital. Airport industrial is 15 minutes away much closer is Epping, Maitland and Ndabeni Industrial Areas.
Take a 15 minute drive and you will reach Table Mountain and the cable car, the City Centre and Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Canal Walk shopping centre, Milnerton Beach and Grand West Casino complex containing skating rinks, shops, restaurants, nightclubs and cr&ches. Take a 20 minute drive to Clifton and Camps Bay beaches with a choice of superb restaurants. Half an hours drive to Somerset West and Stellenbosch, the beginning of the wine route.
