Executive Chef Henrico Grobbelaar’s focus is on seasonal, fresh produce cooked in classic French style with a South African modern flair, while a separate menu by Red Carnation Hotel Collection founder and president, Mrs Bea Tollman, contains wholesome and delicious meals made with all the care of a homemade dish. Fresh, sustainably caught seafood is a favourite, as is the twice-baked Bea’s Cheesecake.

Our lengthy winelist has won a Diners Club Winelist Award for its excellent selection of local and international wines, which includes a private selection of aged wines in our vinoteque for your enjoyment. Sommelier Gregory Mutambe is on hand to offer advice on pairing the perfect bottle or glass with your meal.
