Rosemary Hill is situated on beautiful farmland just 10 minutes from Pretoria East (45 minutes from Sandton & OR Tambo). Our tea garden is open every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday from 09h00 to 14h00 where we serve delicous breakfasts, freshly baked scones, cakes and light meals. We also specialise in Morning / Afternoon Tea and authentic farm weddings.
We have been practicing organic farming here for almost 35 years, and during this time have planted over 30,000 trees and shrubs. We currently grow African Potato, Sutherlandia, Rosemary, Lavender, Artemisia, Lippia, Spearmint, Eucalyptus and various other plants from which we distill essential oils. Other crops include pecan nuts and vegetables. Our nursery sells a variety of shrubs, herbs, flowers and trees.
Rosemary Hill is a family-run business and works in close co-operation with the Max Stibbe Waldorf School, which was started in Pretoria in 1972 and moved to the farm in 1978.
