One bedroom self-catering & self-service unit, equipped with a private entrance, king size bed, bathroom with shower (no bath), air-conditioning, heating, LCD TV with Premium DStv, fully equipped kitchen with two seater lounge sofa, outside braai facility, on-site parking in front of the entrance to the unit and more.

The apartment is booked as a unit per person per night sleeping up to a maximum of three persons
3rd Person: An additional single sleeper bed will be made available when booked at R150 per night extra. The single sleeper bed (when booked) will be placed in the same room at the foot end of the King size bed.
Only persons quoted and paid for may share the accommodation booked.
We also supply towels, linen, crockery & cutlery and cooking utensils.
Self-Catering - Fully equipped kitchen, guests provide their own cleaning materials, food and toiletries. We do provide a limited quantity of cleaning materials and toiletries for each new guest arrival.
Regretfully there is no dishwasher or washing machine or tumble dryer available in the unit
Self-Service - The unit is not serviced during guests’ stay - Guests do own cooking, wash dishes, cleaning of the unit, etc.

Minimum stay during Easter School Holidays & Ironman Weekend is 3 consecutive nights: Peak Season
Minimum stay from 1 – 14 December is 3 consecutive nights: Peak Season
Minimum stay from 15 December – 10 January is 5 consecutive nights: Peak Season
From 15 December – 10 January: The unit is booked at a minimum applicable rate from 2 person sharing per night; regretfully no single rate bookings available during this period
