Stonehaven Lodge & Conference Centre provides for a great variety of functions. Whether you are organizing a small, intimate meeting, or medium scale, multi-day conference, we have something to suit your needs. Our conference facilities range from boardroom meetings for 30 delegates, U – shape for 40 delegates, Schoolroom for 50 delegates, conferences up to 60 delegates (cinema style) 90 delegates (banqueting style) and formal dinners for 90 guests (banqueting).
Situated adjoining the Reception, This venue is also ideal for upmarket functions.
Our conference room is equipped with wall to wall carpeting, fireplace, LCD Projector and screen, Whiteboard plus markers, DVD Player, flipchart stand plus paper and independently controlled light switches with dimmers. The underground cellar is an elegant venue that caters for anniversaries, birthday parties and cocktail parties and cabarets. Theme evenings are catered for with a wide range of African decor available.

Full Day Package: R320.00 per person

Includes: Venue, standard conference equipment, data projector, water and mints, either morning or afternoon tea, and lunch.
Stonehaven Lodge & Conference Centre has an exciting variety of outdoor venues, which are in high demand for theme evenings, cocktail receptions and traditional African barbecues. The dining room deck, which is overlooking the panoramic mountains and grasslands, is ideal for a refreshing sundowner behind the long and stressful day. Umbrellas are available in case of the hot days.
The swimming pool area, also overlooking the beautiful mountain views is superb for the hot days while enjoying at couple of cold beers in a relaxed environment. We also cater for pool parties with cocktails at a reasonable price. Next to the swimming pool we have a children’s playground which includes a trampoline just to keep the young ones busy for the day.
During the warm evenings we also cater for groups on the garden. This is most popular for typically African Barbecues with large bonfires that take you back in the days. We also offer Game drives with a wide range of wildlife species, and this is bookable at our reception desk.
Function rooms will be assigned according to the number of guests and nature of the function. Management reserves the right to re-assign venues and inform the client accordingly. Any damage or loss caused by a group organiser or their guest will be charged to the client. Function room turn-around time constraints will be negotiated with the individual client, depending on the nature of the function and the venue being used.
Venue hire will depend on the number of hotel rooms occupied and catering involved. Venue hire applies to any additional conference venues occupied. Rates can be obtained from the Reservations Department.
