The Rose Bed and Breakfast is located in Orlando West in Soweto, just down the road from Vilakazi Street where Nelson Mandela and Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu lived.
The B&B offers guests a choice of six bedrooms with comfortable double or single beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, a minibar and tea and coffee facilities.
Guests can visit various local attractions starting at Vilakazi Street which boasts the Mandela Family Museum and then moving on to the Hector Peterson Museum and Memorial, which is a short distance away. Guests can also visit Kliptown where the Freedom Charter was drafted, and the Apartheid Museum.
