The house represents one of the first farm houses in Greenpoint, dating back to 1889, equipped with the latest of modern interior, set in a beautifully landscaped garden with a sparkling pool. It is gently attached to the lower slopes of Signal Hill, overlooking the Bay, Blouwberg Strand and the VA Waterfront and only minutes away from the cities major attractions.
