/.Upstairs accommodation includes 3 bedrooms (main bedroom en suite) a second bathroom and sleeps up to 6 persons. Both bathrooms have showers and the en-suite has a bathtub. All bedrooms have built in cupboards and wardrobes.
Two bedrooms have king-size beds and one bedroom has two single beds.

/.Downstairs, is open plan lounge with under floor heating and fireplace, television lounge, dining room, entrance hall and guest toilet. All rooms are tastefully furnished and include satellite television, Hi-Fi unit and radio.

/.The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes hob and oven, micro-wave, Dishwasher, washing machine, fridgefreezer, teacoffee making facilities and iron.

/.Linen, bathroom towels and beach towels are provided, as is everything else that you will need to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The villa is serviced once per week but, a maid service can be arranged for a small extra charge.
Children are most welcome and Sea glade is a child friendly environment. In the interest of safety smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. Cape Town, with its well known water front, is a leisurely 30 minute drive away along the scenic coast road and the world renowned Chapmans peak drive is 2 minutes away.

/.Cape Town international airport is only 40 minutes drive away and transfers can be arranged for an additional charge. A security deposit of R1,500 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded in full should no damage or losses have been incurred. A deposit of 25% will be required to confirm a booking with the balance to be paid on arrival.
