We are offering a self-contained apartment within the lower floor of the house. It has it"s own front door off the stoep, and a small secluded private sun-deck out the back. The bedroom is spacious and contains a double bed and plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom leads off it, with a bath shower. The living room is light and airy with a settee table and chairs, TV, DVD and fridge freezer, and leads to a fully equipped kitchenette including a 2 plate stove with small oven, a microwave, a kettle ,a toaster, all crockery, and cutlery, etc.
