The Kashrut is under the supervision of the Cape Town Beth Din. For specific Kashrut requirements please contact us and every effort will be made to accommodate you. All baked goods are Pas Yisroel and the meat is Mehadrin. Mehadrin commission can also be accommodated. Chalav Yisroel is problematic, as this is not readily available in Plettenberg Bay.
