Villa Zieshaan is a newly-refurbished accommodation establishment situated at 323 Minnaar Street, Central Pretoria (just a stones throw from the Burgers Park Hotel) and close to UNISA, the University of Pretoria, the Central Business District, Shopping Malls, restaurants and theatres. The hotel provides affordable, safe and comfortable accommodation to young professionals working in the City Centre, visiting businessmen, conference delegates, tourists and student groups.
The 56 guest rooms all have televisions and provide twin, triple and double rooms as well as family rooms. All rooms have en-suite showers and toilets except for the 12 rooms on the ground floor that have shared facilities.
Room Rates are currently R380.00 per room per night for the twin rooms on the ground floor with shared facilities, R450.00 per room per night for the double and triple rooms and R650.00 per room per night for the family rooms sleeping two adults and two children.
Villa Zieshaan further offers a fully licensed restaurant and bar, Banana Restaurant, as well as DSTV, a pool table, internet caf, laundry room, and secure card access control.
