Description
Historical Cape Dutch gables, mighty white washed walls and hospitality under shady oaks is not all we have on offer. Dine at our fine country ala carte restaurant, enjoy our bold wines and taste our cognac style brandy. The farm may have been build in 1790 but the luxury was added in this century.
We are proud of our high percentage of local tourists. We breed Alpacas and keep a large sleepy and a young naughty dog. English, Deutsch and Afrikaans spoken.
Enjoy your stay on our historical Cape Dutch Estate with thatched roofs and view over our vineyards and mountains.
All rooms have separate entrances, a Victorian-style bathroom, wall-safes, air-conditioning, under-floor heating, hand-formed clay tiles, DVD, HiFi with a selection of DVD/CD's, satellite-TV, and a writing desk.
One of our rooms is wheelchair friendly. It has a spacious bath, extra-wide doors and everything else in the height to be conveniently reachable from wheelchair level.
Our scenic self-catering vineyard cottage is for 4 persons (one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, lounge and kitchenette + extra bed in Lounge area).
At our discretion and other guests' courtesy we welcome children. The use of the playground and swimming pool, however, is at parents own risk. We have no rules when to check in or out, or when you have to have your breakfast, we simply bank on your discretion.
