Rosenview Guest House nestles in the shadows of Helderberg Mountains, on a farm between Stellenbosch and Somerset West. This well-kept Stellenbosch guest house has become well-known for its superb hospitality over more than 20 years.
A hearty farm breakfast with freshly roasted Legado Coffee is served either outside under the lapa or in our elegant 24 seat dining room.
Accommodation is offered in 12 en suite double rooms, including 2 family units (5 persons per unit), is equipped with air-conditioning, coffee making facilities, TV with guest house DSTV bouquet, wireless internet connection, a courtesy bar fridge and a safe deposit box. Secure parking is available on the farmyard.
The facilities include a large swimming pool, picnic and barbeque areas, bird watching at the farm dam, gardens with large open lawns and shady trees.
Rosenview offers a luxury Mercedes Sprinter Bus (15 + 2 seater) and a trailer to meet your transport needs.
A fully equipped conference facility seats up to 20 delegates (boardroom). From the conference facility the delegates enjoy a magnificent view on Table Mountain. Rosenview is well-known for traditional home cooking.
At the end of the day, take a stroll along the vineyard trails to the foot of the Helderberg mountain from where you can enjoy the evening silhouette of the Peninsula from Cape Point to Table Mountain. Or gather around the braai fires in South African style!
The nearest beach is 11 km away, 5 golf courses within a radius of 10 km, Cape Town only 45 km, the International Airport 30 km, the historical centre of Stellenbosch and the University of Stellenbosch only 10 km and next door to the strawberry capital of South Africa.
Rosenview is alongside a world-class mountain bike trail through the vineyards and offers an exciting and adventurous experience of the Hottentots Holland and Stellenbosch mountain range ending in Jonkershoek.
