Valverde has 5 conference venues that can accommodate between 4 to 120 guests that have to be seen to be believed. Choosing conference venues in today’s highly stressed market place can be an exceptionally difficult, and the team at Valverde Conference Centres take pride in making that decision a little bit easier for you.
Conference rooms need to be comfortable in order to promote a successful even, and our Spanish themed Rose room is one such amazing conference facilities. Set apart from our main conference venues to ensure the utmost privacy, these conference rooms have a breath taking view of the Lammermoor valley that goes on forever. The Rose room comes with a 2m x 2m built in screen and plenty of wall space as well as a lovely outside water feature.
Kings and Queens Hall, Rondawel are situated in the main building with capacities of 120, 20, 25 respectively, fully equipped with standard conferencing equipment. In fact all of our conference facilities come packed with all those little things you need, and even those which you may not know you need yet!
The Lavender Board room overlooks the map of Africa shaped swimming pool surrounded by gorgeous lavender and a stunning view of Lammermoor. Any of our conference rooms provide exceptional ambience as well as a professional and reliable service which makes any corporate event run smoothly.

Come and visit us from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 to 16:00, no appointment needed!
We offer monthly food tasting evenings, where everybody can taste a variety of dishes from our menus. Also, every table will be decorated in a different way, in order to give you ideas for your wedding, beautiful garden wedding etc. Booking is essential, the price is R50p.p for Bride and Groom and R100 p.p for any additional people. Please contact us for the date of the next food tasting.
We do not charge venue hire!
Valverde has two wedding venues with separate entrance gates and parking areas for the privacy of your function. Should you wish to have exclusivity over the whole resort for the perfect outdoor wedding, we can accommodate you at an additional charge of R9.000.
The Kings Hall seats up to 120 guests, with a spacious raised dance floor, fire place and a separate buffet area. The Jasmine Chapel overlooks the Elandsdrift Valley and the Renaissance garden. It is furnished with wrought iron features, wooden pews, a red carpet and an arch at the entrance. Minimum 80 guests on a Saturday afternoon.
The Olive Lapa seats up to 200 guests (indoor and outdoor seating) and is decorated with fairy lights and lanterns. Both the Olive Lapa and the Vista Chapel overlook the Elandsdrift Valley. The Vista Chapel is furnished with banquet chairs, wooden cross and red carpet. Minimum 100 guests on a Saturday afternoon.
A Garden wedding Ceremony can be arranged in the Renaissance Garden at a setup fee of R750.

The use of the respective chapel and venue for afternoon weddings is for 8 hours from the start of the ceremony (e.g. 16h – 24h). The staff overtime fee for any additional hour or part thereof is R500. For morning weddings, the cut off time is 14.00h.
Our menu prices include the following:
1. Use of the Chapel and the red carpet, pews or chairs, candle stands, etc.
2. Use of the Venue with tables and chairs (wrought iron or banquet chairs)
3. Cutlery, white crockery and glassware, silver knife and cake lifter
4. Table linen (black or white full length table cloths and white serviettes)
They do NOT include:
1. Drinks
2. Decor (draping, underplates, chair covers, overlays, tiebacks, flowers)

Depending on the venue you choose, you have the option of taking the respective Wedding Package. Should you require only some of these options, these can be charged at their individual rate as indicated below. You will be able to view draping and decor options when you come to one of our food tasting evenings (normally on the last Wednesday of the month).
